    NCR Print Specification

    What is NCR Printing?

NCR stands for “No Carbon Required”. This is a type of paper that has a specialist coating which reacts to the pressure applied by a pen.

Each sheet of paper is bound together, either as individual sets, glued pads or books. Anything written on to the first sheet is copied onto subsequent sheets.

NCR products are the perfect solution for invoices, delivery notes, order pads and contractual agreements.

    NCR Books
NCR books can house NCR sets in a bound system that enables some of the parts to remain in the book. We can perforate copies that need to be removed and leave copies fastened (unperforated) that need to remain in the book. These are perfect for when you need a copy to remain in one place. We can produce plain or printed covers for the books. We can also use different colour binding tape to complete a bespoke look for your needs. Please contact our advisors to discuss your bespoke requirements.

    NCR Pads
These are NCR sets that are glued together into pads to keep the sets together. A writing shield is added to create a barrier between each set to prevent the copy passing through to the next set. Though usually created with 50 sets in a pad, we can produce any amount of sets per pad. One of our advisors can discuss your bespoke requirements to build the perfect solution for your needs.

    NCR Sets
NCR sets are individual sheets glued together to create loose sets. These are perfect for items such as delivery notes that can provide proof of delivery via a signature on the top sheet, which then duplicates through to the other sheets. You can have 2,3 and 4 part NCR sets, plus also include a thicker NCR card material if required. Speak to one of our advisors to discuss your bespoke requirements.
